Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Not able to select customer in the Create Invoice User Interface.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Customers should be listed when searching on Bill-to Customer field

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Open the Create transaction UI
2) Enter the invoice Business Unit, Source , Transaction Type
3) Navigate to the Bill-to Customer field. Query for an existing customer
4) No record found even though customer exists

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create transactions
