Goal

On : 11.13.22.07.0 version, Goal Management


An employee has submitted goal plan for approval and the approval as per the rule defined needs to be approved by Line Manager but the transaction failed.

When open the transaction TAC diagnostic in Transaction Console, it seems that it failed with following reason: Transaction failed with JBO-27024: Failed to validate a row with key oracle.jbo.Key[300000xxxxxxxxx ] in GoalEO

Also, the employee has the goal plan locked and is unable to perform updates on his goal plan
