Symptoms

Storefront site created by OSF application is not available.  Seeing blank page.

In response from GET /ccadmin/v1/applicationDeployment/<deploymentId>/status endpoint call showed FAILED state with "Encountered error while performing action: INSTALL. yarn exited with code: 1. error Couldn't find package \"cpf-cnpj-validator@^1.0.3\" required by \"@oracle-cx-commerce/viai-school@2.27.0\" on the \"npm\" registry." error.
