On : 11.13.22.07.0 version, Global Human Resources

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Certain users are not being found through the Global Search feature.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
These users should appear in the search as they also appear in other quick action searches.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Search for the user(s) in the global search bar.
2. The users do not appear in the results
