Mass Additions Fails For Invalid Depreciation Method

Symptoms
When attempting to load assets to Fixed Assets Mass Addition using the FBDI template, for one of the depreciation methods the following error occurs:
The depreciation method for this book is invalid.
The ADDITION transaction xxxxxx failed for asset number xxxxxxxx.
The value is invalid for the flat rate depreciation method.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attempt to upload an asset with DV 25% method and .25 basic rate.
Due to this issue, users cannot upload assets with the desired method.
