Would it be possible to extend the polling time to 20 mins as suggested by DocuSign instead of 5 mins?

DocuSign documentations show that the polling violation occurs when the app requesting status for an envelope multiple times within the interval of 15 mins.

The documentations suggest that the app should be designed to poll the envelope status every 20 mins, instead of 15 mins. Further research tells me that Unifier seems to poll DocuSign every 5 mins whenever an envelope is still waiting for eSignature. In 15 mins, that makes 3 API calls for the same envelope, while DocuSign restricts that to only 1 call per 15 mins.
