Is root domain redirect supported in Oracle DNS? (Doc ID 2907916.1)

Goal

I added a 301 for non www to www domain in CloudFlare (eg., example.com redirects to www.example.com)
If we move the domain into Oracle DNS will this also allow me to add a 301 without installing a 301 server?
