Symptoms

Policies SaaS application is not reachable. 

This is the message that appears:  The last request has resulted in an error. Please go back and try your request again, or click to see support options.

Application log has error messages:

Caused By: java.lang.NullPointerException
       at java.text.SimpleDateFormat.<init>(SimpleDateFormat.java:598)
       at java.text.SimpleDateFormat.<init>(SimpleDateFormat.java:580)
