Next Gen Help Desk - How To Create A Custom Field Which Auto Populate Department/location Of HD Request's Primary Contact

How to create a custom field on HR Help Desk dashboard which will automatically populate department/location value according to the primary contact.

Example: Employee A belongs to Compensation department/Texas location. On the HR Help Desk page, when I select A from the Primary Contact field, the Department/Location field will auto populate Compensation/Texas.

How do we accomplish this in either Application Composer or Visual Builder?
