Goal

Performance issue upload FIF_GL_CROSS_REF template.

Experiencing extremely slow performance while upload FIF GL CROSS REF template. A file has been loaded with 3040 rows and it has been validating the segments for over 50 minutes.

The extract from svc_fif_gl_cross_ref with data which was uploaded has been attached.

Steps to recreate:
---------------------------
1) Foundation data -> Upload Foundation data
2) Template Type -> Finance Administration
3) Template -> GL Cross reference
4) Select a file with around 3000 rows
