Getting "Federated User cannot do a local authentication" Error When Login To CX4U / CCS Using FA IDCS As An IdP (Doc ID 2908124.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.22.04.0 version, Call Center

When attempting to login to CXU4 / CSS using SSO (FA IDCS as an Idp)
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Federated User cannot do a local authentication.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open CX4U url
2. Click on "Company Single Sign-on" button
3. Provide FA IDCS username and password
4. System displays above error

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot login to the application
