ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

IF there is an Attachment Rule that is mandatory if there are more than any number of days taken.
The Attachment Requirement rule is triggered before the number of days mentioned when we apply the absence from the time card.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Attachment Rule should not be triggered until after the day requirement has been met.
