Goal

DC tool isn't gathering stats for PRICE_HIST and FUTURE_COST as part of ITEM_RANGING load. In addition, DC tool is not gathering stats on SVC_NIL_DETAIL_R when DC_SYSTEM_OPTION AUTO_GATHER_STATS is set to Y.

This is contributing to a performance problem requiring a separate step to delete and gather stats taking an additional 15 min for each iteration, there are 15 files, total time wasted is 225 min or ~4 hours. We need to recoup those 4 hours.

Need to reduce overall data conversion time requirements.
