Cannot Print to D Paper Size Via Primavera Virtual Desktop (PVD) (Doc ID 2908377.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Cannot open a D sized PDF printout from PVD.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to be able to open PDF printout.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into Primavera Virtual Desktop (PVD)
  2. Open a project, Activities page.
  3. Print Preview. Alter printer settings to change to Size D. Save.
  4. Print. PDF will print successfully, however PDF cannot be opened.
