EPRCS/Narrative Reporting: Numbered Lists in Report Package Doclets Do Not Honor Value Set using "Set Numbering Value" (Doc ID 2908444.1)

Symptoms

Word multiple sequential doclets using Numbered Lists used in a Report Package.  When previewing the individual doclets, the numbered lists start at the first value for the list type defined (Numeric "1", Roman Numeral "I", etc.).  When previewing the full report package, numbered lists continue the numbering from the list in the previous doclet.  For Example, if the numbered list in Doclet1 goes form 1 to 4, the next list in Doclet2 starts at 5.

When attempting to use "Set Numbering Value" to reset the first list item in Doclet2 to restart at "1", the set value is not honored and the list continues to start based on the end value of the previous numbered list in Doclet1.
