ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Not able to see Assignment category values for Philippines as expected.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Should be able to see correct Assignment category values for Philippines as configured.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configured the Assignment category values for Philippines in Manage Lookups
2. When trying to see the Assignment category values in Person Management page, the expected values are not displayed
