Visual Builder Studio Shows A Message That An Application Update Is Required But The Migrate Button Is Disabled (Doc ID 2908699.1)

Symptoms

When using visual builder studio to modify the Help Desk pages a message is displayed in Visual builder.

Application update required.  Your app is using an older set of runtime dependencies.
We suggest that you create a new branch, upgrade to the latest, test the app in the Designer, then redeploy it.  Make sure you commit, stash or revert any outstanding changes first.

1. Open Visual Builder Studio for HRHD extension
