Create Purchase Order, Agreement via FBDI Failing after 22D upgrade.

PROBLEM I:

Steps to Reproduced:

1. Prepare the PO/Agreement FBDI

2. Provide the 'Item' in PO_LINE_INTERFACE (without other details 'Item Description', 'Category Name' etc.)

3. FBDI load failing with error -Item Description : You must enter a value

4. In case provide the Item Description in the FBDI, the PO creating without Category. 

Error:

Item Description : You must enter a value

PROBLEM II:

Steps to Reproduced:

1. Create an FBDI to load the CPA or BPA
2. Fill the BU assignment TAB
3. FBDI load throwing the error

Error:

PO_PA_BU_ASSGN_INVALID_ATR_VAL

FND_CMN_ENTR_VLUE-You must enter a value.

FND_CMN_INVALID_ATTRB_API_SERV
