Symptoms
Manual Read Creation Error - VEE Exception not found.
Upon checking this Script D2-CreMtrRd, the logic will always go to the part of the code raising a “VEE Exception not found“ for Manual Read creation.
The code is expecting a VEE Exception even if the IMD created is not in error state. This looks like a base bug.
This issue is not being encountered before. Working around June or early July.
