Oj-toolbar Component Hides System Actions In Oj-pcs-task-actions (Doc ID 2909243.1)

Goal

On : 22.10.0 version, Application Development (Visual Builder/Designer)

The oj-toolbar component hides the System Actions in oj-pcs-task-actions (This is a PCS component) under a three dot menu. Multiple processes are there, but hidden inside the button menu.
Is there a way to have this menu start expanded on page load or to split up the processes into separate buttons?
