(Doc ID 2909282.1)
Last updated on NOVEMBER 15, 2022
Applies to:
Oracle Retail Merchandising Foundation Cloud Service - Version NA and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
PO approval via buyer dashboard is inconsistent with PO approval screen
Buyer dashboard:
1) Have a list of PO's required for approval
2) Select a PO for which 'Estimated In Stock Date' is in the past
3) Click on 'Approve Order'
4) System gives error that 'Estimated In Stock Date must not be earlier than today' and stops user from approval
PO Maintenance screen:
1) Open a PO for which 'Estimated In Stock Date' is in the past
2) Click on 'Approve'
4) System gives warning that 'Estimated In Stock Date is in the past' then ask if user wants to update the 'Estimated In Stock Date'. User still has an option to approve the without changing the 'Estimated In Stock Date'
Expectation is buyer dashboard to be in line with the PO maintenance screen behavior.
