Religion cannot be added for all employees. When attempting to add religion, the following
error is received.

The religion doesn't exist. (PER-1530074)

Steps to reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to Person Management

2. Attempt to add Religion

3. Receive the error
