Symptoms
On Store Operations UI, Item lookup throws an error and Department drop down shows invalid values.
This environment recently got upgraded to v22.1.301.5. But lower environments like DEV1, DEV2 and STG1 are already on the same version, and we cannot reproduce the error there. It just happens in DEV3.

1. “FeatureID: sim.mobile.client:BindingContainer:ItemLookupFilterPageDef:Could not locate object with id: departments”
2- Department dropdown shows invalid values in “Search Criteria” screen.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to Item Lookup > Search criteria.
2. Screen shows error: Could not locate object with id: departments”
3. Observe Department drop-down shows invalid values.
