Symptoms
On : 11.13.22.07.0 version, Global Human Resources
Approval Workflow-Termination Approval is failing if no AOR is assigned and is not moving to the next level. This is working fine in test pod but throwing error in the dev pod.

Check target SOA component for cause.

1. My Client groups > Termination > Submit the transaction > Failing with error in dev pod.
