On : 11.13.22.07.0 version, Digital Customer Service

DCS login no longer works after updating the Visual Builder Runtime Version to 2210.0.4

Replication Steps
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Edit the DCS application in VBCS
2. Update the Visual Builder Runtime Version to 2210.0.4
3. Re-stage the DCS application and try to login
