Currency Conversions are not Working for Few Members (Doc ID 2909675.1)

Users are experiencing that the currency conversion rule is not working for few members.

Users update the data for members that see the issue, save the form and  run the currency conversion rule.

It is noticed that the rule runs successfully but when data is verified on the data form by changing the currency member from Local to Reporting, the currency conversion is not happening.
