Symptoms
When attempting to use the HireRight Integration, the following error occurs.
ERROR

“newSocket: Couldn't connect to (api.hireright.com/nnn.nnn.nnn.nnn, nn443) even after 60000 millisecs”
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup and Maintenance > Tasks > Integration Checklist
2. Select the Validate button
3. Note the error message being generated
