Symptoms
Application does not show the Negotiation number in PR lifecycle window although the negotiation is created from Requisition itself
Manage Requisitions> Requisition number> Requisition lines
Steps
1. Create a Requisition
2. Process it to a Negotiation (outcome PO)
3. Negotiation is completed with "complete without creating purchasing documents" option is selected
4. Requisition is processed to Purchase Order directly
