Symptoms

If on the line item grid the user scrolls right (so that the first data columns are no longer visible), the line item grid header remains fixed.

The behavior can also be observed when scrolling down so that a part of the LIG is still visible, but the first data rows are no longer visible, so that the Line Item Grid header is sticky on the display.

This happens if the panel has Tab Display set to Vertical and if the header line is in "floating" state.
