Oracle Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service(EDMCS) Attribute Dimension Is Not Allow Duplicate Nodes Via the Cient (Doc ID 2910095.1)

Goal

 Though "allow shared nodes" are not enabled for node type in the Sales Rep hierarchy Set, the system allowed the addition of some members twice in the hierarchy under different parents.
 
 But, when the business user is trying to add Node '<#BLAH#>'' node under node <#Parent#>, it is showing the below validation error.

Error:
  Node '<#BLAH#>' already exists in the <#HIER#>' hierarchy set and it doesn't allow shared nodes. Note that this hierarchy set could be referenced by another node-set.
