Order Retry Failed Webhook Not Fired (Doc ID 2910157.1)

Symptoms

Customer tries to get notified when order submission fails after retries through following webhooks:

  1. Order Retry Failed
  2. Order Retry Failed for Non-PCI Compliant Target Systems

However, with valid configurations on these webhooks, after retrying order submissions on the same order, none of the above webhook is fired.
