Symptoms

On Unifier: When creating a New Project/Shell by way of triggering a Copy from the Template, and the Template contains a Business Process that has Form Properties enabled in the Record Properties of its Setup, specifically Comments and Attachments:

Expected Results

All of the settings defined in the Form Properties should be copied to the newly created Project/Shell.

Actual Result

While some of the settings defined in the Form Properties are copied to the newly created Project/Shell the 'Comments' and 'Attachments' settings are not.
