Symptoms
On : 11.13.22.07.0 version, Global Human Resources
Employee start date is in future. When trying to terminate via classic UI, the transaction is failing with the below error:
ERROR

Error caused by SOA component or the underlying HWF configuration or a Supervisor hierarchy setup issue.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Search for the employee with future dated start date from person management screen
2. Navigate to work relationship tab
3. Edit and terminate the employee, error is displayed
