V19: RDF Forecast Files Are Not Received/seen In MFCS SFTP End(Inbound) (Doc ID 2910314.1)

Goal

On : NA version, Merch - Infrastructure

RDF team had run the forecast jobs and the .csv file extracts are expected to be pushed into the MFCS SFTP folder. The Forecast files(Daily and weekly) that are generated on RDF end are not received on the MFCS end. Is there any security reason/issue due to which we are unable to see the forecast files in the Export folder in MFCS SFTP? Or are the Forecast files not received on the Oracle end itself.

Could you please clarify and give us the correct understanding on this?
