Symptoms
Affected employees will not be able to apply for leave nor their plan balances will be updated. This issue occurs when following conditions are met:
• Accrual Plan is configured to Roll Over balance to another Plan at year end
• Accrual Plan has date effective changes
This issue will happen on a hire anniversary date or at the start of a new plan year.
