Goal

STKXPLD_JOB is not creating item-location exploded data

The STKXPLD_JOB is not creating item-location exploded data. The stake_lockout_days and vdate are OK.

Steps To Recreate:
1. Check the stock count lookout days, for the next day it has to be 1.
2. Create a stock count for the next day
3. Execute the stock count explode batch (stkxpld)
