When attempting to create any new Work Location, the Zip Code and City fields error.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to Setup and Maintenance

2. Search for Manage Locations

3. Create

4. Save and receive the errors:

Zip Code: Invalid value: <Enter Zip Code>

City Invalid value: <Enter City Name>
