Symptoms

When trying to connect to Smart View, the login loops a few times, ending with Error:

The provider running at
https://<URL>/workspace/SmartViewProviders is not a Shared Services provider

If login to the service via IE is invoked prior to Login to Smart View, there is no issue with the same URL
