Symptoms

We are using VSS for our compute instances. All these compute instances are in compartment <AAA>

Host Agent Scan and Oracle Cloud Agent (OCA) are enabled on these instances.
This is a new set up and the scan reports are not getting generated even after 24hrs.

In the log file of Host Agent can see the following error message:
