Symptoms

When opening a portfolio with a Non Admin Superuser, the following errors are seen:

ERROR
-----------------------
Event Code: AVAA0-1312-2

or

Event Code: EEQEO-1062-8

or

ORA-01756: quoted string not properly terminated

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into P6 Professional with a Non Admin Superuser
  2. Go to File | Open
  3. Select portfolio. P6 will crash with error.
