Approval Groups Automatically Change Username Case And Break BPM Approval Rules (Doc ID 2910803.1)

Symptoms

The Approver receives the bell notification.  When trying to click on the approve button he gets the error below.  When  creating a new user  he is able
to approve the notification for the same rule.

ERROR
 
Insufficient privilege to access the task information for this task.The task must have either expired or assigned to other user.
 
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
