'Upgrade Schedule' Option Not Appears In OCM Create Instance Form

Symptoms
When creating an Oracle Content Management (OCM) instance, there is an option to set "Upgrade Schedule".

Create Your Oracle Content Management Instance
However, the option does not appear in the advanced options section of creating instance form while other options like "Instance Type" appears.
