Symptoms
On : 11.13.22.07.0 version, Period Close Setup & Processing
When attempting to use allocation wizard and relocate a balance from one account to another account, the process ends in error and the log shows the following error .

WARNING ::The Offset argument is within the region Target X Range. The resulting value for the offset cell(s) is the sum of the offset and allocation values
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Have an allocation rule setup as below:
- POV all values are set with the exception of account
- Source account [62630].[62635], Actual, Ending Balance, YTD
- Target Account [62630].[62637]
- No range as 2 specific accounts are used
- No offset
2. Run the allocation
3. Process ends in error
