ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When the journey is allocated, One of the AORs doesn't get the task performer notification. Other AORs are getting the notification.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
All AORs should get the notification.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open a worker record through person management and allocate a checklist
2. Verify if AORs are getting notification and checklist task assigned
3. Few AORs are getting notification and task assigned but few of them are only getting task assigned, no notification is shown in bell icon.
