Goal

Requirement is to create an autocomplete rule for effective start date validation.

Effective start date restriction rule : the effective start date should be any date starting next month.

i.e. if today is Nov. 8th 2022, the effective date of the transaction should be any date starting December 2022, should not be any date before Nov. 8th and should not be in current/past month.
