Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
RMCS contracts events are posted to General Ledger (GL) without opening RMCS period


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the journal to not be posted on Subledger periods which are not Opened yet

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation: Tools > Scheduled Processes
2. Schedule New Process > Select Process Name: Create Accounting
3. Provide date parameter in a Future enterable period status > [B] Submit
