Symptoms

Visual Builder not listing Visual apps, showing error:

[Client UUID: <UUID>][ECID Headers: Not present] : [APPLICATION LIST ERROR] Internal Server Error - Failed to connect to external database: Exception occurred while getting connection: oracle.ucp.UniversalConnectionPoolException: Universal Connection Pool internal error: oracle.ucp.UniversalConnectionPoolException: Cannot get Connection from Datasource: java.sql.SQLRecoverableException: Login timeout specified by DataSource.setLoginTimeout(int) or by the oracle.jdbc.loginTimeout property has expired. Please check the Tenant Database connection in Settings.
