Symptoms

On : 11.13.22.07.0 version, Service Request

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Employee name displays incorrectly when performing Search on Primary Point of Contact

Only one user affected

Employee name is displayed with middle name shown twice. However, user record in HCM shows there is no middle name.

Any field in the system (Primary Point of Contact, Employee Name field etc) that is chosen, the employee search is displaying/pulling back this employees name with two middle names. This is causing sales invoices and requisitions to appear with the incorrect name of the employee
Cannot find a field in the application which holds the additional name to edit field to remove the duplicate.

Using query, the name is stored in the PARTY_NAME field in HZ_PARTIES table but cannot update field in the application.
