ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

On the queues page when adding a resource to a queue the user can search by 'Organization'. The picker in the Organization
field does not allow you to see all values and there is no search option on the picker.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect to be able to search organizations
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to service queues page
2. Select a queue.
3. Add resource to a queue.
4. Cannot search by organization in the organization field
