Symptoms

RMS: Stock Count - Value variance and Adjustment screen is not responding

Users are getting error "A connection to the server has failed. (status=503)" when accessing Value variance and Adjustment screen.

A connection to the server has failed. (status=503)


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Search for a Stock Count in Stock Count Search screen
2. In Actions choose Value Variance and Adjustment
3. Screen does not load
